Custom Imprinting

We can print your organization's name, logo or other information on any of our pocket folders or stock products, or allow us to design a product to meet your exact needs. Our imprint method is called HOT STAMP, as we use foil to imprint with. We do NOT silk screen. We can ONLY print in ONE color. Imprinting colors available: Gold, Silver, White, Black, Navy Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Orange, Purple, and many more. Include color selection in your email.

General questions

How do I submit artwork?

Place order online, follow instructions on product page selected. Email directly to our art department at or call us at 800-498-1463, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Eastern Time).

What can I imprint?

You can imprint text and/or logos.

Where can I imprint on a product and what size is the imprint area?

Standard imprinting will be on the front cover of a folder or mini wallet or the backside of an auto insurance form holder. We can imprint on other areas of the product but additional fees may apply.
The imprint area is approximately 4" x 6". If your imprint exceeds this size you may be subject to extra fees, you will be contact by our art department for approval. Please contact our art department to discuss your project with our art department.

What is the process for ordering a custom product?

Please place your order online and follow the instructions for uploading your artwork with your order. Once we receive your order, our art department will review the artwork. If any changes have to be made they will contact you for your written approval. Once the artwork is ready, we will order the die and have one sample made and mailed to you for final approval. Once the sample is approved, we will send the order to production. Production time is approximately 15-20 business days from the day we received your order.
If you would like to receive a picture of your sample via email for approval or waive sample approval completely, order processing time will be shorter.
