We are following New York State mandates to close all non-essential businesses starting 3/23. Due to this, the majority of our production is now closed. Please note, online orders of standard items placed after 4/1 will be processed in 2-3 weeks. 

If you are shipping to a school location, please ensure that UPS is still able to deliver to avoid your order getting sent back to us.

Refunds/Returns

Vinyl Products - We will accept returns within 60 days for a refund only if the product was incorrectly made by Rochester 100 and/or the product was damaged in transit.

Nicky’s Folders and other polypropylene products - We will accept returns on stock products within 60 days for a refund. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges on returned orders. Custom orders are non-returnable.
