Returns

Vinyl Products - We will accept returns within 60 days for a refund only if the product was incorrectly made by Rochester 100® and/or the product was damaged in transit.

Nicky’s Folders® and other polypropylene products - We will accept returns on stock products within 60 days for a refund. Custom orders are non-returnable.
