Vinyl Products - We will accept returns within 60 days for a refund only if the product was incorrectly made by Rochester 100 and/or the product was damaged in transit.
Nicky’s Folders and other polypropylene products - We will accept returns on stock products within 60 days for a refund. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges on returned orders. Custom orders are non-returnable.
